About
Hometown Socials
Chelsea Arbo - Founder
Chelsea is the founder and creative director behind Hometown Socials, a boutique marketing studio dedicated to helping businesses build strong, confident, and strategic online presences. What began as a passion for storytelling and design has grown into a full-service agency offering website design, branding, and content creation for businesses ready to elevate how they show up.
Chelsea works closely with each client, taking a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every project. From brand positioning and visual identity to fully custom website builds and ongoing social strategy, her process is rooted in clarity, organization, and intention. Clients consistently describe the experience as seamless and stress-free, a collaborative partnership that transforms big ideas into polished, strategic results.
Her creative foundation began at Dalhousie University, where she studied Theatre Arts. There, she developed a deep understanding of storytelling, audience connection, and emotional impact, skills that now shape the way she builds brands and crafts digital experiences. Alongside her arts education, she unexpectedly fell in love with Computer Science, discovering a passion for coding, structure, and systems thinking. That rare blend of creativity and technical skill is what sets her work apart.
Today, Chelsea brings together storytelling, strategy, and technology to build brands that feel authentic, approachable, and true to the people behind them. With experience working alongside businesses of all sizes and across multiple industries, her focus remains the same: create work that feels aligned, intentional, and built for long-term growth.
Through Hometown Socials, Chelsea doesn’t just create content or websites, she builds digital homes for brands ready to grow.
